Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy - India based deliveries
  • Shipping Rates for delivery within India.

  • Flat rate of ₹ 45 /- is applicable for all orders below 500 gm weight.

  • Additional ₹ 15 /- is applicable for every incremental 500 gm weight.

  • Product (s) will be shipped to the address in Invoice, within maximum 3 business days after the payment is confirmed.

  • No change of address will be entertained after dispatching the goods.

  • We use services of professional courier companies. Once goods are dispatched, an email will be sent out with dispatch details & tracking number of your shipment.

  • It is possible that shipping may get delayed due to the reasons beyond our control like ACT of GOD (Earthquake, Flood, any similar condition), Lockdown or Travelling Restrictions imposed by Authorities or any such similar conditions. We request you to keep patience in such events and wait for parcel delivery.

    • If you want to cancel the order in such situations then you have to do it before we dispatch the parcel. In that case, we will refund the amount after deducting 8% (Handling Charges) within 15 days of receipt of such request.

    • However, if the request has been made while the parcel is in transit then you have to bear the shipping cost to and fro your destination and handling charges (8%). For the orders where Shipping has been offered free, a flat fee of â‚¹ 380 will be deducted towards the to and fro shipping charges. We will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges and handling charges within 15 days of receipt of such request.

Shipping Policy - Overseas deliveries
  • Overseas Shipping is available for selected locations in USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia & UAE .

  • A minimum flat fee is charged for 0 - 3 kg gross weight .

  • Additional charges are applicable for incremental weight until 50 kg gross weight.

  • Customized pricing and shipping rate will be worked out for order beyond 50 kg gross weight. Such order will not be processed via website. It needs to be discussed & customized before finalizing the product pricing as well as shipping rates.

  • Product (s) will be shipped to the address in Invoice, within maximum 3 business days after the payment is confirmed.

Return & Exchange Policy - India 
  • Since this is a food product, returns are NOT permitted.

  • Clients can put refund claims in case where a wrong product has been shipped or if the product is received in a damaged or spoiled condition.

  • In such case, client can claim either refund or replacement.

  • Claim needed to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Submit the photographs, invoice details to substantiate the claim.

  • Banamin Healthcare's decision regarding claim processing shall be final and shall be binding to client
